Supervision: Children must be supervised by adults at all times while using the soft play equipment.

No shoes: Please remove shoes before entering the soft play area to keep it clean and safe.

No food or drinks: Food and drinks are not allowed inside the soft play area to prevent spills and maintain cleanliness.

No rough play: Children should engage in gentle play and avoid roughhousing to prevent injuries to themselves and others.

No sick children: For the well-being of all guests, children who are sick or showing symptoms of illness should not enter the soft play area.
